This was a beautiful, tranquil resort, the atmosphere within the complex was great and within the europa centre even better, the food at the complex was excellant with great offers and good friendly staff, very basic but clean rooms (plenty of room), the little shop is extremly handy and very helpful. The reception staff and reps were so helpful and always smiling. It was a relaxing and most enjoyable holiday where we meet some new friends. We will certainly recommend this resort to others. Dont take our word for it go yourself.

on the 26th nov 07 we went to eden apartmetn in peurto rico, this was our 4th time back at these apartment and as before everything was spot on, from kim and the reception staff and the great bar staff through to the entertainment crew gazza, cheryl, emma, vikki, and gary. the kids club reps as alway made the kids holiday.
no bad thing about this place hence why we go back year after year, and we no the only ones there so many return guest its great to go back each year and see so many freinds, the apartmetn are basic but have everything you need,
we shall return ans are checking out prices for nov 08, hope to see you then love to everyone at eden, i have made some great freinds over there, id not want to go any where else now, as its got everything you need, lisax

when i arrived i was allocated apartment 50. this apartment is right at the end of the complex on the ground floor. the views there is none. the sun on your front patio is 1 odd ray here and there because of the balcony above and all the shrubby trees. apart from that lovely apartment. didnt think much 2 the in house nite entertainment. normally ended up going out.

We first stayed at the Eden Nov/Dec 06 & had such a great time that we decided that we would return. Our 2nd stay was 6th Dec -20th Dec 07 & yet again we had a brilliant time we saw some old friends from last year & made new ones this visit.
The bar staff, reps, kidszone, entertainment team, cleaners everyone in fact have always been helpful, friendly & welcoming. What also makes it special is that out of the hundreds who visit we were remembered by name & greeted as old friends.
The accomodation is adequate, well equiped & clean.
Pool bar & area is managed by Mitcell & his team who keep everything nice , round the pool is jet washed every day & the pool is cleaned every day.
YES we will be back & are looking to book for Nov 08.
