Post Live Weather Report Gran Canaria

I just looked on the weather forecast page here at Puerto Rico The Guide and at the moment we have got dry air, like calima, very windy.

The current temp in Arguineguin at 9.20pm is 25.7degrees which is very warm for the winter at night.

Looks like there is some rain on the way tomorrow and high winds too.

Hi Scottish the weather has been a bit wierd this last week or so. We?ve had a bit of rain and the clouds are still threatening, todays temp was about 25, which is nice for winter, nice breeze too.
Don?t forget to check the live weather webcam on our weather forecast page too, which looks out onto Arguineguin Beach.

Question

There are some weather alerts at the moment for the Canary Islands, although here in Gran Canaria we don?t seem to have been affected as yet. Looks like Tenerife will be worse anyway with high winds, rain and waves.

I will keep you all updated, weve just had a bit of cloud today but when the sun was out it was hot.

Here?s an image from the webcam earlier tonight:

A little overcast today with plenty of cloud, don?t think it?s going to rain but at least its still warm.

Ive noticed a change in temperature in the last few days it feels about 10 degrees hotter than usual.........probably not that much bu its definiteley hot for february.....

For the last few days the sky has been hazy and very warm due to a calima. Today the sky has been quite overcast but the sun has just popped out and the temperatures have dropped back down to normal and now there is a nice breeze.

Earlier on it looked like it could rain, if it does it will get rid of all the sand hanging around in the air.

Seems a bit clearer now although last night was quite humid and sticky. I still think we need some rain to get rid of this dust and sand thats still lingering in the air.
According to the official weather site Puerto Rico Gran Canaria Weather link on our weather page, today is going to see high winds and 10percent chance of rain, whether or not that will happen is another thing.
I heard it rained quite a bit in Fataga over the weekend so lets see if that make sits way down to the south.
