Forum rules: Please read!!!

Before using this forum please take the time to read this post:

On Registering:

Once you have registered with us at Puerto Rico Gran Canaria forums, please head on over to the new members section to introduce yourself to the rest of the forum members. Don't be scared we don't bite, this is a small and friendly forum.

Customising your profile:

To make your profile a bit more personal there are several things you can do including adding an avatar, a personal picture for your profile, adding a signature to your posts, and adding a few bits about yourself in your profile such as location and if you have a website you can add it there also.
To do all this once logged in click on USER CP which is on the top menu bar on the left, you will then see many options on the left hand side.

Posting:

You may see a thread you think is interesting so then you can click reply and type in your own post. If you find information somewhere else on the web that you would like to share with the forum you must say where you found it, and vice versa if you are a member somewhere else such as another forum you must say where you obtained the information and link back to us.

If you want to start a new discussion you just need to select the correct section of the forum and click on new thread and away you go.

Please if posting or starting a new thread try to include as much information as you can and not just links to other sites. If you do this it will either be removed or edited.

Also if you see a post or thread that you find useful or informative you can click the THANKS button which will thank the member who posted and shows they are appreciated.

If you cannot find the appropriate place for your thread, try to put it in the most appropriate place and a new section maybe added to accomodate it. This is because the forum is still a baby (awwww) and not all sections are covered yet.

Respecting Other Members:

Please respect this online community and treat others how you would like to be treated. Discrimination of ANY KIND will not be tolerated!
Likewise SPAMMERS will not be tolerated and will be banned straight away! If you see any suspicious behaviour on the forums or any bullying of any kind please report it via a private message to myself and it will be dealt with.

Private Messaging:

The private messaging system on the forum can come in very handy if you would like to send a message to a certain member without the rest of the forum seeing it. Once again if there is any abuse of this system it will be dealt with once reported.

These rules are in place just to make sure this stays a nice place to come and have a chat, and discuss your favourite place in the world!
