Arrow Hop-On Hop-Off Tour of Las Palmas, Gran Canaria

Hop-On Hop-Off Tour of Las Palmas, Gran Canaria

One of the most popular, fun and informative ways to tour Las Palmas is by the classic double-decker, hop-on, hop-off guided bus tour. Sit on top and enjoy the open air view or ride inside in air-conditioned or heated comfort as your knowledgeable guide points out landmarks and shares the rich history of this beautiful region with you.

Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is the largest city in the Canary Islands. What better way to see all that this amazing city has to offer than from the top deck of our open top double decker bus tour, which allows you to take in a 360 degrees panoramic view of the city. Visit places of interest such as Vegueta/ Catedral, Pueblo Canario, Parque Santa Catalina and many more.

Hop-on or hop-off as often as you like to explore, dine and shop at Las Palmas’ major attractions. When you're ready to continue, just hop back on the bus.

Trip Days: Daily
Price: €15.00

I went on this last week and it was fantastic. We were surprised to find out that if you are a resident it only costs 4euros!! You have to show your papers but its a big difference in price. You can go round one full circuit with your ticket.

We got on at C.C El Muelle in Puerto de la Luz and the staff were so friendly, they give you a brand new set of headfones and a leaflet to tell you all the stops. They spoke in several languages also.

Once you get on the bus you just plug your headfones into the side of the seat and learn about the historic side of Las Palmas. The highlight of the trip for me was when we had driven to the top of Las Palmas and you could see absolutley everything. The port, all the houses (some expensive ones at the top), also the Cathedral, the main street, Las Canteras, Local Theatres and not forgetting another of my favourite stops, El Corte Ingles, a grand multistory department store where you can buy almost anything!

I have lots of photos of this great trip, so I will be adding them soon to our gallery and to our facebook page!!!
